Products

The Products area of Company Workspace is where a company creates, reviews, imports, validates, repairs, and governs product data.

Use the specific page that matches the task:

• Create product — create one product manually.
• Products overview — find, filter, select, validate, repair, export, and mass-update company products.
• Product Import Report — review product import batches and import errors.
• Product Quality Report — inspect product data-quality state by category and company role.
• Packages — maintain reusable physical package records used by Product Packs.

Manual product creation

Use Create product for one product or variant when the category, required attributes, brand, identifiers, and Effective Template are already prepared.

Product operations

Use Products overview for daily product work: search, filters, Check data, repair, Mass Update, export, status review, workflow review, and publication readiness.

Import and quality

Use Data Load and Product Import Report for file-based product import. Use Product Quality Report after import or category/template changes to understand what still needs work.
